Hekemian & Co. Acquires Virginia Property

Hekemian & Co. recently closed on an acquisition in Vienna, Virginia. Currently a motel and Mexican restaurant spanning 2.8 acres of land on Maple Avenue, Hekemian & Co. plans to redevelop the site and build a village-style mixed-use project that will embrace the charm, history and vitality of Vienna.
"We are very excited about the new acquisition in Vienna. It's a great location with a lot of potential," says Kimberly Palmer, manager of marketing and public relations for Hekemian & Co. "It's a wonderful addition to our growing portfolio."
